Varagu / Kodo Millet Noodles


  • Boil 180g of Millet Noodles in 1L of water with a spoon of oil and 1 tsp of salt for 3 mins (until the noodles is completely cooked)
  • Drain the water and rinse the noodles in plain water. Keep it aside
  • Fry vegetables of your choice with oil/butter. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the tastemaker to it and mix thoroughly
  • Add the cooked noodles to the vegetables and give a quick mix.
