Eligibility for Returns

Users are eligible to receive refunds only if:

  1. There are quality issues or
  2. Perishable goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Fruit and vegetables cannot be returned. The Customer shall return the products only at the time of delivery to the delivery executive.

Every Refund shall be made directly into the bank account of the User from where the original payment took place, and can be made in the same payment mode as that used by the User within 24-48 business hours from receipt of the returned products. The refund amount may take 2-3 business days to reflect in the User’s account.

The Website reserves its right to assess every request for return/refund on its own merits, in accordance with its own discretion, and if the Website suspects any fraudulent transaction by any User, or any transaction violating the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy or any other policy of the Company, the Website shall be entitled to act in respect of such mala fides. The Website reserves its right to record details of Users engaging in fraudulent transactions or mala fide actions and cancel their orders, preventing them from using the Services.

Refund duration

If the product is delivered on date, in case customer find any damaged within 2hr customer should reach us, then gramango will accept the product and do replacement as soon as more then 2 hr gramango strictly won’t accept damaged products.

Delivery of products on the Platform is free of charge except in the following circumstances wherein the delivery charges will be determined.
